Abstract

Many senior teachers in primary schools only have a School Teacher Education (SPG) diploma who have been teaching for years but have not been called upon to be certified. Meanwhile, new teachers with a bachelor's degree (S-1) who have only been teaching for a few years have been called for certification. Taking into account the various problems above, it is necessary to build a system that can assist the relevant schools in determining the eligibility of certification to teachers. The MAUT method can objectively assist teacher certification decisions based on the criteria and urgency and based on the need to use a systematic method to determine teacher certification. © 2024 Author(s).
